I'm subletting my one-person backyard studio, furnished, next to the campus for the period between 3/15 and 4/20 for $2,700 (or $85 a day if less than the whole period; with a minimum of 10 days). I'll give priority to someone with Stanford affiliation. I will consider people without Stanford affiliation subject to a $250 security deposit. The studio is extremely well located: less than 2 blocks from campus. It takes me 10-30 min. walking or 5-15 min. biking to pretty much anywhere at Stanford. The neighborhood is College Terrace and so you'll also be at walking distance from California Avenue and its nearby El Camino Real stores. Please reach out for pictures.

* Attention: the studio doesn't have a full kitchen (no stove) and so it doesn't work for someone who cooks.
