Hey all! I'm looking to sublet my fully-furnished studio apartment in Kennedy Graduate Residences (on campus) during the summer quarter, June 19-August 31. Dates are flexible, but the sublease must be within this period.
This space is well-suited for both singles and couples — my partner and I have loved living here for the past few years. To comply with Stanford policy, the subletter must be a direct or temporary Stanford affiliate (graduate student, postdoc, visiting researcher/scholar, faculty, staff, etc). Rent is $2412/month, utilities and wifi included.
This studio offers:
- very convenient location on Stanford campus (5 min bike ride to main campus, 5 min walk to Marguerite shuttle stop)
- private kitchen and bathroom
- fully furnished with comfortable queen bed, desk, bookshelf, couches in living area
- well-stocked kitchen amenities: countertop dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, etc.
