Hello! I am renting a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Mountain View. It's furnished, within a few minutes' walk of the San Antonio stop for Caltrain, and close to Target, Trader Joe's, Safeway, etc. I am looking for a quiet roommate to take the large master bedroom. It already has a big bed with new mattress, desk and chair, dresser, and night stand. There are 2 closets and en suite bathroom. The townhome has a small fenced outdoor space and (for the community) larger lawn space with a playground nearby. There's also a new washer/dryer.

So what's the catch? I will occasionally - and with advance planning - have my young kids staying in the bedroom down the hall. I also have cats. The ideal roommate will be clean, mature, reasonably quiet, and amenable to feeding the cats if I'm away.

Available immediately and I am flexible on length of co-residence, potentially with the option to take over the rental entirely (including most of the furniture) when I move.
