We are four (tidy and responsible) friends, 2 attending Stanford as PhD students and 2 working in the area, looking for a 4 bedroom house/apartment to live in. Ideally would be available sometime in/after May, with a reasonable commute to Stanford campus, with rent around or less than $8k a month in total.
