I'm (25f) looking for a studio or 1br/1b for double occupancy starting as early as 6/1 or as late as 7/1. The room is okay unfurnished. My budget would range from $1900 - $2600 including utilities (on the lower end for a studio, on the higher end for 1br/1b). I am looking for an entirely private accommodation (which means that I am not sharing the place with another tenant).
I would prefer if the place had a kitchen with a fridge and stove. In-unit washer would be great but not necessary (on-site is okay). Must have at least one parking space. Preferably within the Palo Alto/Menlo Park/Mountain View area.
I'm very quiet, clean, and organized. I'd be looking for at least a year lease.
