I'm moving before the end of my lease and would love to sublet my room for May AND June (with the possibility of entering a new lease after).
- Our place is a townhouse very close to Stanford (15min bike) or 20min by bus (there is a stop by our house).
- The neighborhood is safe and quiet, in Menlo Park. Right next to our house there is a grocery store, lovely cafe, and ceramics studio.
- My room is spacious and bright and can come unfurnished (or I can leave mattress+desk to you).
- Rent is $1,450 + utilities ($50)
- The property has parking spots, a garage, in unit washer + dryer, dishwasher + fully equipped kitchen.
My two roommates are both women in their 20s, one working at Stanford and the other in the healthcare field. I'm looking for
someone clean and friendly to join them!
