I'm (F) looking for 1br in a 2br/1b or 2br/2b apartment starting in June. I would be renting with my partner. We are happy to split the rent and utilities 3 ways (which would make rent cheaper for you! ).
We are both very quiet, organized, and keep our apartment clean. We are more than willing to do our fair share of chores!
We both work the majority of the day ~7days a week, and we don't use common areas other than the kitchen to cook. We would be in my room most of the time while home.
