I (F) have a few leads on 2br/2b apartments for anywhere as early as 6/1 or as late as 7/1 in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park/Mountain View area. I'm looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet, and kind. I will be sharing the room with my partner, and we are happy to split the rent evenly three ways, making rent cheaper for everyone.
I'd be looking for a year lease at least.
I'm a very clean, organized, and quiet tenant. I work the majority of the day 7 days a week, so I'm only home in the morning and evenings most of the time. No pets, don't drink, and don't smoke. In the past, I've split chores between roommates, and that's something that is essential for the living space; you must be willing to do your fair share of chores to keep the place clean (to be respectful to everyone living there!).
