My friend and I (Stanford students interning in the Bay Area) are looking for housing.
Location: Somewhere in the South Bay. Ideally in the range between East Palo Alto and Cupertino, including Mountain View and Sunnyvale. Can expand out to San Jose/Fremont/Belmont if rent is lower.
Duration: Want to move in June 16th the latest. Move out date is flexible from late Aug to mid Sept.
Budget: ~3k total/1.5k per person. Willing to go up to 3.4k total as an absolute max.
Needs: Furniture, parking space for one car, safe neighborhood.
About us: We are both clean and quiet non-partiers. Don't have pets. Don't drink or smoke.
