Hi! I'm looking for a female housemate to take the second bedroom + private bathroom in a 2B2B townhouse in San Mateo, available as early as mid-June 2025 through mid-June 2026 (exact move-in/move-out dates are flexible).
You’d be living with me (I'm a Stanford CS BS/MS grad working full-time), and sharing the townhouse while the current tenant (a Stanford affiliate) is away for the year. They'll be back mid-June 2026, so we’re looking for someone to stay during the academic year or a part of it.
Highlights:
- Private bedroom + bathroom in a quiet, well-maintained two-story 2B2B townhouse
- Furnished room and house, with kitchen appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, desks, office chairs—you name it!
- Parking space included
- Utilities (electricity, water, etc.) not included. Typically ~$200 per month per person, based on our usage.
- 10 min walk to San Mateo Caltrain station, lively Downtown San Mateo, and San Mateo Central Park
