Hello, I am looking for a male to take a 1 bedroom to lease with me starting June 1 in a 2Bd/1Ba Apartment in Palo Alto. The rent is $1650 for each person not including utilities. Depending on the season, utilities can range from an additional cost of $100-200 per person. There is a coin laundry room for the apartment complex.
The apartment is a fifteen minute bike or drive to the main Stanford campus, twenty minutes to downtown, and a five minute drive to the 101 freeway.
Ideally, I am looking for someone to sign onto a month to month lease. I am leaving in August so would be moving out at the end of July. You could either keep the apartment once I am gone or move out then as well.
A little about me, I am a researcher in my 20s working on the Stanford campus and spend most of my time working or doing outdoor activities, such as hiking or golfing. I do enjoy watching sports and having people over occasionally. Please reach out if you are interested.
