I am F23 looking for a female housemate to enter the housing search with! I have been working at Stanford for a year, and want to ideally be within a 20-minute drive to work if possible. My budget would be under $2000, closer to $1500 if possible, and would like to have a private bathroom, but open to sharing depending on the situation! My current lease ends at the end of July, so I would be looking to move around then.

I would like to be friends with future roommates, but also have a good understanding of our own spaces and boundaries. I am a light sleeper so being able to communicate about noise levels is a must! I would like to have an understanding of cleaning up after ourselves, and generally keeping an open line of communication so that everyone can be happy!
