Looking for 1-2 bedroom housing in college terrace for a long-term lease (1yr+).

Flexible move-in date: May 1 thru June 15.

About me:
- 32 yo, recent Stanford MBA grad
- Live with my spouse, she's a MD & doing a postdoc at Stanford
- No pets, no smoking
- I'm a landlord myself and understand the importance of being respectful with other's property

Ideally looking for something close in College Terrace or closeby.
