I am seeking a 1.5 to 3 month sublet in the surrounding areas while my current unit gets major repairs done.
Ideally, I'd prefer to stay around Menlo Park, Redwood City, Palo Alto, and Mountain View areas. I will also consider Sunnyvale, San Carlos, San Mateo, and nearby locations (preferably near the CalTrain stations).
I am looking for a sublet to start on or around May 1, or within the month of May/June 2025.
I am looking for up to $2,000/month including utilities. Ideally, would prefer to stay around $1,500-$1,800ish.
I work in person, 5 days a week in the Palo Alto area. I have a strong reference from my current landlord if needed.
I am open to subletting a studio or a room in a unit/house that has other housemates living there. Street parking or a parking spot would be helpful as well, as I need a vehicle for commuting to work.
I do not have any pets, nor do I smoke/drink.
I just need a temporary place to live while my unit is uninhabitable. I will be moving back into my unit after repairs are complete. It does not have to be furnished, but that would be helpful if possible.
When I'm not working, I like to watch movies/shows, cook food, or go explore San Francisco's unique neighborhoods. I like to get to know the people that I live with, but can also adapt to the dynamics of the home.
