This is a cozy and bright room in a shared house off of Alpine Road just a five minute drive from campus. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and washer and dryer with up to three other roommates. I've lived here since the Winter Quarter and have made the house, in my opinion, very homey and well-decorated. The street is super quiet and peaceful, and there is a creek you can walk to at the end of it.

The room is on the NE corner of the house, has two large windows plus a skylight, and so gets plenty of light. It also has a closet and small desk. The living room has a comfy little couch, a good TV, and a nice table for working and eating. Other features of the house include a front deck with bar table and stools, a front porch with a table and chair that gets lots of sun, and a large window in the kitchen that opens out onto the front deck and driveway.

I'm looking to sublease my room from mid-June to early September. I'm happy to send more photos or offer a tour. (I've loved living here and hope you will too!)
