We are looking to sign a 12-month lease starting June 1st and aiming for a cost of around 1500/mo. (This is flexible, we're looking for something between 1300-1700.) We have started the process of touring apartments in the Mission, Potrero Hill, Bernal, and North Beach areas. We are ideally looking for a roommate who is clean, likes to socialize, and is okay with having guests over.
A little about me: I'm currently a PhD student. I love anything that involves spending time outside, ranging from backpacking to just biking to a new neighborhood to sit around. I also enjoy cooking new foods from different cultures and hosting social events (like an occasional dinner party) with friends.
