Two rooms available in Palo Alto house shared with 3 other people and 1 extremely well behaved german shepherd. 1 room with private bath for $1550/ month and 1 room with bath shared with 1 other person for $1250/month. Utilities and internet are included. Both rooms available now on month to month lease and $1200 security deposit required. We love animals but not open to more pets at this time, unfortunately!

Easy parking, and access to Highway 101 and Stanford University (8 min drive, 12 min bicycle). Floor to ceiling windows, cozy gas fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, flat-top stove, double oven, and heated bathroom floor included. Two front lawns, expansive backyard patio and many productive fruit trees.
