I am looking for two roommates, preferably female, to sublease rooms in a WONDERFUL home in Palo Alto from May 31 (one room may be free earlier).
The year-long lease for the house is ending on May 31 and my three other lovely roommates are unfortunately moving out (moving in w partners, or going back to their country). I would really like to stay as I absolutely love the house, so I am looking to find people to renew the year-long lease.
- The room and house are fully furnished (see photos) with a beautiful backyard and garden area. Perfect for sitting outside in the spring weather! We even have a lovely piano.
- Our house share has long been a community of four lovely women in their 20 and early 30s who are Stanford affiliates or working professionals. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and relatively quiet. We sometimes share meals or watch TV together and we try to keep the house very clean and tidy.
- The location is a 10-minute drive/15-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus. Downtown Palo Alto is a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride. Trader Joe's and Safeway are each a mile away. Rinconada Library and Palo Alto Arts Center are 2 mins walk away
- We have a very friendly cat
- The house has ample parking
