- Rent: $1210/month + utilities (electricity and internet- less than $50/month).
- Deposit: $1210.
- 6-minute bike to San Antonio Caltrain station. 2-minute walk to the bus stop.
- Close to Walmart, Target, and Trader Joe's (5-minute bike).
- One housemate is working at Stanford University and another is a master student at Carnegie Mellon University. Both are female.
- Start date: 3rd week of May 2025 (~ 12th May)
