I'm a male postdoc from China currently working at School of Medicine. I'm seriously overweight and really want to lose some fat and get healthier. The problem is I’m not great at sticking to a consistent workout routine on my own.
I know what I should do to get fit, but I struggle to stick to a gym routine. So I’m hoping to find a gym partner to go with — someone who can help me stay motivated and hold me accountable. I’m flexible with time — lunchtime or evening both work for me.
My main goal is fat loss, but if you're into muscle gain, general fitness, or just want someone to hit the gym with and chat a bit (about science or anything else), I’m in!
