It’s $1522 per person; utilities will be split. Unit comes with a washer, dryer, full kitchen appliances, lots of storage, and a balcony. Hoping to start the lease by the end of May but open to considering June or July.
The apartment is a 7 min drive to Mercado shopping mall: Walmart, TJMax, AMC, Starbucks and more. It’s also 8 min drive to Apple campus.
About me: Female in mid-twenties who works in tech. I enjoy cooking and trying out new cuisine.
