Hi there! I have a private bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath opening for June 1st move-in. Female roommates only, and longer-term housing preferred.
A bit about me and the house:
- I’m 24, working in research admin and studying public health. I’m pretty social but definitely like having my alone time.
- Some of my hobbies are cooking, running, hiking, taking day trips around the Bay, reading, crafting, and going to the movies with friends.
- As a roommate, I’m pretty clean. I’m open to scheduling chores or having agreed upon responsibilities. I occasionally have friends over and am very cool with my roommate hosting friends too!
- The house has a cottage-y vibe in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors are all very friendly and are families of different sorts, so while very welcoming, it’s not the best place for late-night parties!
- We have a full living room, kitchen, back-patio, and a reserved parking spot for the second resident!
- Rent is $1350, which includes all utilities, except electricity and wifi. Depending on heat/AC use, utilities come to about $100-150 total, keeping total cost around $1500/month.
- The lease does not allow pets or smoking.
