Hey! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in San Francisco's Panhandle/Haight-Ashbury neighborhood with another Stanford alum (both female, class of '23). I'm looking to find a subletter for my room from early June-end of July. Our lease is up in August but my roommate will renew it and be looking for a permanent housemate in the meantime, option for subletter to sign on if the right fit! The unit is in a cute victorian right on the panhandle park. Current housemate: mid twenties software engineer looking for clean and respectful fem housemate, loves dancing salsa/bachata, tennis, working out, hanging with friends in parks, and going to live music!
Dates: (start date flexible) June 10 - July 31, with option to resign a year lease in August
Rent: $1600/month
Bedroom would likely be unfurnished but potential for bed, dresser, closet, side table, if really needed
Lots of natural light from ceiling windows
Huge closet storage space that wraps around the entire room
In-unit laundry
Bike parking space in garage
Optional In Garage parking space for $250/ month
ON the Panhandle park
7 min walk to Divisadero street with bars, restaurants, grocery stores
5 min walk to Haight street, Buena Vista Park
15 min walk to Alamo square park
Easy Transportation:
6 min walk to the 6, 7, and 24 bus lines
15-min walk to the N train
Feel free to reach out with more questions, if you want to see pics, or set up a call.
