My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a roommate to share a spacious (1,100 sq ft) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac in Menlo Park. Great location for Stanford affiliates, 13 min bike to the Oval, 10 min walk to Safeway/Trader Joe’s/cafés, and 15 min walk to Caltrain station.
You’d get your own room + private bathroom with a tub (though not en-suite). Shared living room (furnished), kitchen (w/ dishwasher), and a nice outdoor nook. On-site laundry (pay-per-use), heating (not central), and extra storage. There’s also a covered parking spot/space to lock your bike — I don’t have a car yet but might get one, so we can coordinate use!
Rent is $1500 + ~$100 for utilities/internet. Month-to-month lease, $1500 deposit. Owned by a kind older couple, super straightforward and responsive. No pets allowed (sadly).
