The place is perfect for a couple commuting to/from SF via Caltrain or the highway (3 blocks from the 22nd st Caltrain, and 2 blocks from 280 exit/entry). My partner and I lived in this place for a year and really enjoyed it - tonnes of amenities nearby (cafes, restaurants, public transportation, parks), nice landlord and neighbors, safe, etc. Since we'll be moving out we wanted to share this great opportunity with other Stanford affiliates before someone else takes it.
