I’m a Stanford research staff member seeking a female roommate to rent together a 2B2B or 2B1B in an apartment somewhere in the peninsula (ideally somewhere north of Palo Alto, from Menlo Park to South SF - such as Redwood City, San Mateo, Millbrae). My budget is around 1300 - 1600 per person per month, and my planned move-in date is sometime in July (ideally mid to late July). I’m in a hybrid position so would be working from home around 2-3 days a week.
A little about me: I’m 24, female, and moving from the East Coast but am originally from LA. My hobbies include watching TV shows/movies, dancing, kpop, and exploring new cafes/restaurants. As a roommate, I’m really clean, quiet, and respectful. I value open communication and am pretty chill about most things. While I need alone time to recharge and often keep to myself in my room, I’m also friendly/sociable and would love to be friends since I’ll be new to the area. I don’t have any pets but am a cat lover and don’t have any allergies. Will very occasionally have friends/family over but won’t be throwing parties or any large gatherings.
