32 yo female graduate student working as a researcher at Stanford University. I am looking for someone that needs a roommate, preferably in a 2b2b, in one of the Stanford affiliated housing communities. Would like to start lease/ move in July 1st for one year.
A little about me, I am respectable, quiet, and appreciate cleanliness. I do not have pets, I do not smoke, I have a car (need a garage/parking spot), I wake up/ go to bed early. I work on site and go to the gym/ am doing something outdoors for most of the day 5-6 days a week, so you will only see me when I come home to cook, eat, and sleep. I do not mind guests/ significant others/ family over. Open to setting a routine in the kitchen/ doing laundry/all that jazz.
