Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in this lovely Palo Alto home! Looking to sign someone starting in the month of June, and will be staying at least 9 months.
Requirements: Female, graduate/professional student, clean, friendly, and no pets.
About the house: The house is located less than 4 miles from campus with lots of street parking and shared driveway. It is about a 30-minute bike commute through residential streets. It is a 5 bed, 3 bath house with two kitchens, a large private backyard with grill space, garden, and lemon tree, and lots of indoor storage as well as room in our outdoor shed. We are walking distance away from Safeway, CVS, and great local coffee shops and stores!
About the room: Monthly rent is $1275 + your share of utilities (~$60-$80/month). Wifi is covered by the landlord! You will share a bathroom with one other housemate, which is next to your room. You can also use the shared office space. I will also be selling my queen-size IKEA bed frame and mattress for $200, as well as other furniture for the room!
