Location: Redwood City – 1 min walk to Caltrain, downtown, and a quick drive to Stanford / tech campuses
Layout: True 2 bed / 2 bath setup – you get your own private bedroom and bathroom
Apartment Features: In-unit washer/dryer, central AC, modern kitchen, balcony, and plenty of natural light
Rent: Split evenly – message me for current rate and lease terms, but you'll be paying around $1600-1800
Parking included with rent, but utilities additional $100-150
Move-in: around August
Looking for someone respectful, clean, and responsible. I’m a recent master's grad from Stanford and will be working at the RWC campus
