Available starting early July, this Junior room (9x10) has a garden-view, full-length closet, and shares the hall bath with one primary (female) tenant.

This is a light-filled and cozy three-level 3bd/2.5ba townhome that features a small patio, community laundry and pool. It’s in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the Sharon Heights shopping center and The Dutch Goose. The Marguerite (bus) stop is 8min away, SLAC is 1mi away, and campus is an easy bike ride or walk.

Your potential future housemates appreciate a quality place to call home and hope that this will be a mutually beneficial experience. One is a staff member who is an active equestrienne, loves farmers markets, and coaxing container gardens to thrive. One is a post doc researcher who actively participates in local group hikes, enjoys biking, and dance.

All common areas are shared -- kitchen, living room, garage/parking, downstairs bathroom, etc. (Rooms are always private.) This shared home has existed since 2017. We’ve survived two intense wildfire-summers and one pandemic w/ five sequestered friends, all while not having A/C. Living together is made possible by respect and consideration, and not taking things too seriously :-)

Monthly rent for the junior room is $1500 and includes utilities, shared house supplies, internet, and monthly cleaning service. Lease starts when you move in and typically has a yearly renewal - 6mos duration possible for the right person. The room would be unfurnished, but you may be able to chat with the current tenant about purchasing some of her items.
