I'm a PhD student who's interning at SLAC for the summer and looking for a room/sublet starting the month of June (flexible; as late as June 10th) and ending mid-August (August 15th). Regarding budget, I'm okay with leasing a room/sublet as high as $2000 a month. I'm comfortable renting both w/ and w/o roommates. In the case of roommates, I prefer to room with other Stanford-affiliates (particularly those who are also graduate students and male).
