We are currently searching for 1 more housemate to live in a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house near downtown Palo Alto (amazing location just a few blocks from University Ave). Move in is August 1st 2025 until June 1st 2026, with the option to renew the lease.
A few more details about us and the house:
⁃ Two of us are former Berkeley undergrads (class of 2024)-- one of us is working at Stanford and the other is working at a startup in Palo Alto. The third housemate is a former UCSB undergrad (class of 2023) working at Google. Fourth housemate is a former Ohio State undergrad (Class of 2023) working at Tesla.
⁃ We keep a clean space, and also have a cleaning service come biweekly ($150 split by 5)
⁃ The house is newly renovated with AC and central heating and a 2-car garage.
⁃ There are 2 driveway spots (with an EV charger) and ample street parking
⁃ The price for the bedroom is $1725 / mo (we’re paying $9k for the entire place). Utilities are split evenly amongst the 5 people.
