Access to decent apartment gym downstairs (not Equinox but it gets the job done)

Beach Access is 4-6 minute walk away

By Car:
20-30 minutes to San Francisco depending on traffic, and where in the city you are going
35-45 minutes to Stanford (easy access to 280)

By Public Transit
5 minute walk, 20 minute bus ride to Daly City BART
(Public Transit to Stanford would be a pain, Bus -> BART -> Caltrain -> Marguerite but is doable.
