Hello! We are a Stanford-affiliated family of three (lecturer + researcher + our 11-year-old son) returning to the Stanford/Palo Alto area this summer and looking for a 2-bedroom home starting July 1.
We’re open to:
✅ A regular 12-month lease (apartment, townhouse, or condo)
✅ Summer sublets (especially in Stanford West, Oak Creek) or Escondido Village — we are eligible for graduate housing
✅ Taking over your lease if you’re moving out (especially in Stanford West, Oak Creek)
✅ Short-term housing / house-sitting opportunities while we wait for Stanford housing
We are a responsible and dependable family, long part of the Stanford community, and you’d be supporting meaningful research and teaching work here on campus.
