Looking for someone to sublease my cozy room in Blackwelder (graduate housing) for the summer!
The room is available from June 20th - September 12th. The total for the Summer is $2,900 (this is what I'm being charged for the term by the university and includes a technology fee). You'll be living with a kind, quiet, and clean MA female journalism student.
- The apartment is fully furnished with well-stocked cookware and kitchen appliances (le creuset supremacy!)
- The bedroom has a smart tv, a record player, and a sick speaker
- Located ~20 minutes (walking) from Cal Ave (farmers market, grocery store, restaurants, etc)
- Located ~20 minutes (walking) from main campus
- For those who sublet for the full term you're welcome to use my bike for the summer as well

My preference is for a very (I'm so serious about this) tidy female roommate who will sublease** for the full Summer period.
**Please note Stanford is very particular about who we can sublease to: proper affiliation ensures that you get your card access to the building. Eligibility is as follows:
Eligibility Requirements - Sublicensee
An eligible Stanford affiliate may sublicense a space in graduate housing from an individual license holder for a period of time not to exceed three months, or up to two weeks longer than the length of the Stanford affiliation, whichever is shorter. If an eligible Stanford affiliate will be at Stanford for longer than three months, he or she may enter into more than one sublicense agreement in order to cover the period of affiliation.
Gender and occupancy limits do apply, and must match the intended configuration of the room or apartment.
Sublicensees must read the Residence Agreement and must comply with all rules and regulations.
Ineligible
Minors
High school students
Undergraduates not otherwise eligible for graduate housing
Coterminal students who have not completed their senior year/have not achieved graduate status
Students’ family members
Stanford affiliates who are not in good standing with the University
Casual or temporary staff
Anyone not directly affiliated with Stanford
Except under certain circumstances by petition, a Stanford student with a University housing assignment cannot sublicense another student’s housing space
