. The 4 bedrooms are all on the first floor with 1.5 bathrooms shared.

3. A 2-car driveway is available for 2 tenants. (First come, first reserve the parking spot.) Street parking in Palo Alto is legally available 24/7, too.
4. Each room's monthly rate: $1,500 including utilities. (Each bedroom might be slightly bigger or smaller, but the monthly rate remains the same.)
5. The deposit is refundable.
6. The leasing agreement needs to be signed for confirmation.
7. The deposit of the first month's payment is required for the reservation upon the agreement being signed.
