Studio is a fully furnished EVGR premium studio. Located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the hills, it is ~438 sq ft with a queen bed and no carpeting! It has ample storage and is very quiet.
Dates: Apartment is available to sublet July 9 to August 21. Sublet could be for the whole period or just August 1-21
Cost: $3,500 for the period of July 9 to August 21. I am also open to just subletting August 1-21 (studio cost is $2,521/month + fees directly from Stanford), but for subletting between August 1-21 I am open to negotation of the rate. Cost includes all utilities and laundry.
