Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (or sub-lease) in a cute Palo Alto apartment.
When: Looking to sign someone starting in late June or July 1st. The lease ends in November with the option of re-signing!
Where: Downtown Palo Alto
Cost: $1,415/month + utilities per month (~$60-80)
Requirements: Female, graduate/professional student, clean and friendly
About the house: This is a 3BR/2BA Apartment that includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, cute patio, great light and the sun doesn’t hit directly on the front of the apartment so it is much cooler during hot days! There is one spot for a car in the back garage area or permit street parking for just $50 for the whole year. 15 min walk to Palo Alto CalTrain station and 7-10 minute drive to Stanford campus. We are walking distance to Whole Foods and virtually every spot in downtown PA!
About the room: You will share a bathroom with one other housemate and have ample storage in the room and hallway closets.
