I am a 25M SWE who just graduated from Duke and I am starting a job in Menlo Park. Looking for either a 1b/1b apartment or a room with an ensuite bathroom ideally in a 2b/2b or a 3b apartment. Starting from the end of June or soon afterwards (a bit flexible there)

About me:
- I'm a quiet and neat person but I am also friendly and open to getting to know people
- I don't smoke, drink, or do recreational drugs
- I have no pets and prefer a pet free household due to allergies
- I've had roommates for the last two years with no issues, and I prefer open communication about things regarding shared spaces and I maintain a cordial connection with my previous roommates.

Must haves in the house:
- Must have in-unit washer and dryer
- Must have heater and AC
- highly prefer newly renovated units
- must be within reasonable commute distance to Menlo park
