Hello, I’m a 26 year old female working as a software engineer in Menlo Park. I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom in an apartment/house in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park/Redwood City/Mountain View area. I’m flexible on move-in date and looking to sign a 1 year lease.

- I don’t smoke, drink, or have any pets
- I’ve had housemates for the past 6 years with no issues. I appreciate active communication and respect amongst roommates
