I'm an incoming engineering postdoc (31M) looking for a studio OR a private bedroom in a shared apartment near the hospital/engineering quad - looking for year-long leases starting in mid/late July.

Mainly looking at options within walking distance to Palo Alto caltrain station, but open to living within walking distance to Menlo Park/Cal Ave caltrain stations.
