My housemate and I (two Stanford grad students) are looking to fill a vacancy in our 5b2b house. We have lived in the house for 2 years and it has truly been splendid. It is a spacious house with tons of natural light.
Location is in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac with a nearby park. Costco, Target, Safeway and Trader Joe's are just a short ride away. The new movement gym is also a short bike ride away! 15 min walk from the San Antonio train station. 10 min drive to campus, or 30 min bike ride.
We are starting a new one-year lease in mid-June and have one vacant room for mid-June. Please reach out if you are interested or have questions! (Not looking for summer tenants)
