Hi everyone! I’m moving back to San Francisco and need a room starting mid/late July (females only). My ideal spots are Rincon Hill, Potrero Hill, Mission Bay, Nob Hill, or South Beach (as close to SoMa/Dogpatch as possible). I’m seeking:
• Private bedroom + private bath (in a 2 BR / 2 BA or 3 BR / 2 BA)
• Move‑in: late July / early August
• Lease type: Prefer to take over an existing lease, but open to teaming up to find a place
