Hi all. I'm planning to move from Redwood City down south to anywhere in the Palo Alto / Mountain View / San Jose area, preferably close to Mountain View.

- Move-in date: early to mid August.
- Private bedroom and private bathroom
- Open to taking over existing lease, sign new ones, etc. for >= 1 year
I'd also prefer

- AC/thermostats
