My partner and I are looking for someone to sublet our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in San Francisco from now until July 10. We just moved in and fully furnished the apartment, but are heading to Europe on short notice.
Rent: $2,300/month OBO (Or Best Offer). We’re paying $3,250/month but are prioritizing finding someone responsible and a good fit.
The apartment is technically a 2-bedroom but is furnished for a couple. It has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a spacious and light-filled living room, a combined study/dining room, a kitchen with diswasher, and a bathroom. Ideal for a couple but it is possible to sleep on the couch in the living room.
Location: Mission District – on the quiet corner of Florida and 21st Street. 10-minute walk to Valencia Street and 5-minute walk to 24th Street with cafés, restaurants, and groceries. Gus’s Market and Safeway nearby; Trader Joe’s 8-minute bike ride
Transit & Parking: 5-minute walk to Bus 9 (to Downtown and BART), 15-minute walk to 24th Street BART, only 10-minute bike ride to Caltrain. Street parking usually available within 5–10 minutes’ walk, sometimes even closer
Utilities: Not included, but very reasonable.
