Rent: $2,450/month + shared utilities
Rent terms: rent is month to month, but preference for 6 months or longer stay

Location highlights: • 3-min walk to Safeway, CVS, & bus stops (SamTrans + Stanford Marguerite) • 10-min bike ride to Stanford • 12–15 min bike ride to downtown Menlo Park + Palo Alto

About us: We’re three housemates in our late 20s–early 30s—grad students & professionals who enjoy cooking, movie nights, and relaxing by the two pools in the neighborhood
