I am looking for a furnished room, preferably with its own bathroom, within walking distance to campus next year. I am very quiet, female, respectful and clean. I will not be staying in the room on weekends and will be using it only between two and four nights during the week. I don't need parking. I don't have pets. I will not have overnight guests. My ideal situation would be a room in a house with recent empty nesters.
