My family is looking for a 2-bedroom rental within a 20-minute drive of Stanford University for about 7 weeks, from around 2 August to 21 September. Ideally we’re hoping to find a place available just for that period, but we’re open to discussing a longer lease if needed—our current on-campus lease ends 4 August.

We are a couple in our late 30s with a (mostly) well-behaved 4-year-old son. We’ve been living on campus for the past year and know the area well. We’re clean, quiet tenants and have a smoke-free home. We have no pets.
