This is a 3BR/2BA Apartment that includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a really cute patio, great light and the sun doesn’t hit directly on the front of the apartment so it is much cooler during hot days! This bedroom specifically receives a lot of sunlight and is very spacious. You would take over the lease that ends in November 2025 and re-sign if desired for the upcoming year(s)!
There is one spot for a car in the back garage area or permit street parking for just $50 for the whole year. 15 min walk to Palo Alto CalTrain station and 7-10 minute drive to Stanford campus.
I also have a bed-frame in excellent condition that I'm happy to pass on.
Roommate T (28F) is a Stanford MD-PhD student, and has been a joy to live with and I would highly recommend her (and her sweet kitty) as a roommate!
