I’m looking for a new roommate to take over my old roommate’s bedroom in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family house in Menlo Park, for the next year. It is about 3.5 miles away from Stanford and 1 mile away from Meta.

Timeline: room available starting July 1, 2025, with lease ending on July 31, 2026 (although extendable year-to year).
Location: Belle Haven neighborhood in Menlo Park, 1 mile from Meta and the Dumbarton bridge, 2 min drive from Willow road exit on US 101. 15 minute drive from Stanford, also 20 minutes biking (my usual commute)
Price: $1900 a month plus utilities (around $100 per person).
Amenities: large backyard, in-unit laundry, single-car garage for food/bike/outdoor gear storage, central air conditioning and heating (works very well), new appliances (dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer, refrigerator/freezer all less than a year old). Driveway fits 2 cars easily and tons of available street parking for having guests. There is a nice outdoor dining set for eating in the backyard. Grill and fire pit as well for having parties! My roommate and I built garden beds for planting in the backyard as well!
